Sessions are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday. Due to the popularity of the services offered my schedule is normally booked out in advance. Last minute appointments are typically not available. To avoid disappointment it is strongly advised to book ahead. For massage appointments it is typically a 3-4 week wait for new appointments.
Please be aware that during a client session I am unable to answer the phone. Because of that, all scheduling is by email, email@example.com
I always do my best to respond within 24 hours, or on the next business day if your call is received on a holiday or a day I am out of the office. Normal business days are Tuesday through Saturday.
If you need to contact me regarding an appointment that is already scheduled to occur within the next 48 hours, please text 512-608-7058.
MasterCard, Visa, and Cash are all accepted forms of payment. (Checks may be accepted from regular clients with prior approval.)
In order for you to receive full benefit from your session it is important to arrive on time.
48 hours notice is preferred for cancellation or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours cancellation notice will result in a $50 fee. The $50 fee also applies to rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice. Missed appointments (no call, no show) are responsible for entire appointment charge.
I do understand that emergencies and illness happen. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact me as soon as possible regarding your situation. If you are ill the day before your scheduled appointment, wake up with a fever, have a doctors appointment scheduled due to illness etc, please contact me so we can discuss the best way to handle it. If you show up and are not well, or wait until minutes before your appointment to notify me I will not be able to work with you and you will be subject to the entire fee for your scheduled session.
People have asked the reason for these policies. These policies and fees are typically standard for most therapeutic healing businesses that are appointment based. Please understand, when I save an appointment for you, that time is no longer available for anyone else to schedule. If you forget your appointment, show up sick or with a health condition such a skin rash that prevents me from working on you, or cancel with short notice, that gives me no time to fill your spot. This means another client who potentially really needed work done that day can't get in. If you are asking to reschedule at the very last minute it means also that I am now blocking off two appointments for you, but only receiving payment for one appointment. The $50 rescheduling fee off sets this loss. Your time is very important to me and I ask that you value mine as well.
My new office is located in a healing arts center in North Central Austin. The address is 1505 W. North Loop, Austin TX 78756. It is a stand alone business and the building at one time used to be a home, so it still retains a homey appearance.
It is located right next door to Floors (former Mr. Wizard) and we share the same driveway.
There is a large parking lot in the back. Be sure to park near our building, there is plenty of parking . Facing the parking lot, there is a garden you will go through to the entrance. (This door is in the back and does not face the street) Please DO NOT Park next door. they strictly enforce towing at all times.
