You are the creator of you. Creation happens moment to moment. Even if you have never experienced self acceptance in the past, you can choose it now and begin to allow change to unfold in your life.

Have you ever tried a new restaurant, travelled to a new location, or bought a new pair of shoes? If you try a restaurant and are unhappy with the food or service, chances are you will choose a different restaurant the next time you go out to eat.
For some, shifting perspective is all that is needed to create new thoughts. For others, deeper exploration is helpful. Unresolved wounds or trauma can lead to unconscious the fear of being disappointed. These often started in childhood and still play out as an adult.
